Schuyler Society, Children of the American Revolution

Founded in 1895, the C.A.R. is the oldest patriotic organization for youth in our country.  It is an organization for promoting and training of young people in patriotism and love of country. and it was established by the DAR with the following objectives:

• Acquire knowledge of American history
• Preserve and restore pieces of historic importance
• Promote the celebration of patriotic awareness
• Honor and cherish the flag of the United States of America above every other flag
• Love, uphold, and extend the principles of American liberty and patriotism
